Mechanical Trainer

Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce. This role requires a strong understanding of various technical concepts, including LabVIEW, CAD, logic controllers, and quantum engineering. The Trainer will facilitate learning experiences that promote employee engagement and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of employees across various departments.
• Conduct training sessions on technical subjects such as CNC operations, mechanical knowledge, and root cause analysis.
• Utilize tools like MATLAB and FEA to create practical training materials that enhance understanding of complex concepts.
• Stay updated on industry codes and standards to ensure training content is relevant and compliant.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance in training content.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees post-training to reinforce learning objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Proficiency in LabVIEW, CAD, logic controllers, HVAC,SOLID WORKS,CATIA ,CREO,ANYSY .AUTOCAD.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of industry codes and standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
• Experience in developing training materials and conducting workshops or seminars is a plus.
• Ability to engage participants effectively and foster a positive learning environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in program development and delivery.
