Mechanical Trainer

Job Description

Key Responsibility: Conduct technical training on mechanical systems, tools, and maintenance procedures. Develop and update training materials to align with industry standards. Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and practical evaluations. Enforce safety protocols and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain training equipment to ensure functionality and availability for instruction. Requirement: AutoCAD/diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is required. Must have strong instructional skills and the ability to deliver technical training effectively. In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, safety procedures, and technical drawings is required.
