We are hiring Mechanical Trainers to deliver hands-on technical training to students in our skill development programs. Ideal candidates will have practical industry experience and a passion for teaching. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Conduct practical training sessions on mechanical engineering concepts ✔ Teach workshop skills (fitting, welding, machining, etc.) ✔ Develop training modules and lesson plans ✔ Assess student performance through practical tests ✔ Maintain lab equipment and tools ✔ Guide students on industry-relevant skills Requirements: ✔ Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or ITI (Fitter/Turner/Machinist) ✔ Experience: 1+ years in industry/technical training ✔ Technical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical workshop tools Knowledge of engineering drawings ✔ Teaching Skills: Ability to explain complex concepts simply Patience with skill-building processes ✔ Language: Basic English + Local Language
