Mechanical Quality Control Engineer Testing

Opportunity for a MaterialsTesting Engineer who will be responsible for the test preparation, testing, measurement, and reporting of various mechanical tests for Plastics, Composite and Rubber materials. Familiarity with ASTM/ISO/IS Test Methods and associated documentation is required. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Civil/Polymer engineering or Plastics Rubber Diploma/Degree is required with 1-2 years of relevant work experience or BSc/MSc in Physics, Maths etc. and suitable fields

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Carry out testing of materials and products as per ASTM/ISO/IS test standards.
• Gather test parts, accessories and set up tests.
• Maintain test facility and test equipment as required.
• Make and print report of test results.
• Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor.Authority
• To review and authorize the routine records of the laboratory.
• To review and approve Calibration certificates of equipments received from the outside Calibration agency.
• To stop the testing activities, if proper environment condition is not maintained / achieved.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,698.84 - ₹55,455.46 per month
