Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Mechanical Manager with a strong background in HVAC and Plumbing design engineering. The role involves managing the design, coordination, and execution of mechanical systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The Mechanical Manager will lead a team of engineers, oversee design deliverables, and ensure that all mechanical systems are designed to meet regulatory, client, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Engineering Oversight:

Lead the mechanical (HVAC and plumbing) design efforts from concept through construction documentation.

Review and approve mechanical designs, layouts, and calculations including heat load, duct sizing, chilled water systems, ventilation, drainage, and water supply.

Ensure designs comply with international codes (ASHRAE, IPC, NFPA, etc.) and local regulations.

Manage coordination with electrical and structural teams to avoid clashes and ensure integration.

Experience:

8–12 years of experience in HVAC OR plumbing design, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or lead role.

Strong experience with MEP consultancy or contracting firms.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
