Position : Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Mechanical Maintenance

Skills & Experience for Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Mech Maintenance (Mc Shop)

• DME with 8 to 10 years or BE (MECH) with 5 to 8 years in the high precision engineering industry (Preferably in Machine Shop having HMC / HBM / VMC / VTL / SPM Welding and Utilities equipment).
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues in Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic system - Strong Mechanical Maintenance Ball screw / Spindle gears replacement, GT reading & Basic Electrical (CNC Fanuc / PLC) expertise.
• Lead & Mentor a Team of technicians, providing guidance and support for day-to-day activities and professional development.

Location : Hyderabad - Kothur ( Near Shadnagar )

CTC : 4 - 7 LPA

JOB Description for Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Mechanical Maintenance (Mc Shop)

• Shift maintenance activities which include attending to breakdown maintenance of Machine Shop and Utility areas.
• Carrying out breakdowns, preventive and predictive maintenance activities of HMCs DMG MORI, HYUNDAI WIA & DOOSAN / HBMs - JUARISTI / DOOSAN & Fermat / VMCs DMG Mori, BFW & AMS / VTLs JAGDEEP, Hyundai Wia & AMS.
• Plan and implement holiday maintenance activities
• Systematic implementation of PM / TBM / CBM & TPM activities
• Carryout detailed breakdown analysis and plan for necessary CAPAs
• Execution of continual improvement activities
• Implementation of methods for reducing MTTR and increasing MTBF
• Implement ISO / QMS activities in the respective areas of maintenance
• Identify the training needs and plan for development of maintenance team working under them.
• Implementation of downtime reduction plans.
• Spares planning and development
• Implement Safe, clean working environment in the shops
• Implement continual improvement projects assigned from time to time
• Assist Head -Maint. In monitoring and optimizing compressed air, energy and fuel.
