Mechanical Engineering Intern

As a member of the team at Fantek, you will collaborate effectively with individuals across various departments. Your responsibilities will include self-study and research to enhance proficiency in solid modeling. You will utilize appropriate software packages to develop models that reduce manual intervention. - Create 3D models based on 2D drawings provided by clients - Conduct analysis through computer simulation to enhance designs and bolster reliability - Generate reports to present findings to customers - Engage with vendors and clients to discuss designs and analyses - Correspond with customers to gather essential input and output data - Prepare training materials for simulation purposes We are seeking candidates with a solid understanding of Solidworks, particularly for specific applications. Eligibility is limited to students in their 3rd or final year of study. Domain knowledge and expertise are beneficial but not mandatory requirements for this role.
