Mechanical Internship

Fantek is a fast growing company manufacturing products such as Centrifugal and Axial Fans/Blowers, Bag FIlters, Silencer, Dampers, Screw Conveyors and Cyclone Separators, Rotary Airlock Valves, humidifiers, double cone valves, fog canonas well as all kinds of engineering consultancy for Green/Brown field projects (Mechanical and Civil).

Our focus in simulation will be in the following areas.

• CFD of turbo machines for improvement of performance and designs
• CFD of ducting to simulate the flow inside various systems (multiphase)
• Vibration analysis of steel bodies (1D, 2D and 3D)
• Modeling work related to all the above.

You will be reporting directly to Mr Srinivas, Director of our company who will be guiding you for the project.

Internship will last for 3 months.

Your work will include, but not limited to

Candidate should be a team player and will have to collaborate with people from other department.

Self-study and research to be done on new features of software for using the appropriate tools to get results which will match theoretical results.

Candidate should match simulated results with experimental/ empirical results and also read up about the same.

You would have to be a self-learner; we will give you the required tools, guidance and facilities to achieve your objectives.

You will also have to do practical work at site related to measurement of dust levels, flow pressure, temperature and other parameters of gases at site. Sufficient guidance and support will be provided.
