We are urgently looking for a Engineer Mechanical / Utility (Maintenance) for our new Mahad Site, the details are as follows -

Job Location:- Additional MIDC 2, Mahad, Raigad.

• Planning & Compliance of Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown maintenance as per OEM Recommendation by ensuring good engg. Practice.
• Analyze premature breakdown & suggest remedial measures as required.
• Prepare & maintain job register & follow up for pending jobs.
• Prepare & update equipment list on regular basis & Prepare & maintain Equipment history card.
• Spares & consumables - identification of Critical spares & availability of same at site, issue of spares/ consumables. Raise PR with necessary tech. specification,

inspection of spare / consumables received at store, update deviation to Purchase if any.

• To support Process, EHS, Electrical & Inst Team as required by keeping close coordination.
• To support compliance of ISO - 9001-2015, 14001-2015 & 45001-2018 documents
• Manpower planning & it's efficient utilization and training need identification.
• Ensure maximum availability & less down time of all equipment.
• Prepare & update equipment list on regular basis & Prepare & maintain Equipment history card.
• To support & prepare Boiler & chemical / process equipment / setup for Statutory & Third Party inspection as required.
• Evaluating Equipment Performance on regular basis & suggest necessary Enhancing & energy conservation assignment.
• H eep track on efficient operation & maintenance & generation & distribution of all Utilities like Water Treatment, Brine chilling plant, Water chilling plant, Air dryer, Compressed Air, Nitrogen Plant, Refrigeration Plant, Cooling Tower, Boiler, Thermic Fluid Heater etc. H
