Hiring for One of Our Client

Mandatory Skills:

BIW Fixture Design
experience:

Spot Welding Jigs
Arc Welding Fixtures
Roller Hemming Fixtures

CATIA V5
:

3D Part & Assembly Design
2D Detailing & GD&T

Knowledge of
OEM Automotive Standards
Site experience
in:

Automation cell installation
Fixture try-out & commissioning support

Key Responsibilities:

Design and detailing of
BIW welding fixtures
using CATIA V5.
Prepare
2D manufacturing drawings
, BOMs, and documentation.
Follow OEM standards for clamps, locators, pins, shims, and welding guns.
Support
fixture installation, buy-off, and try-outs
at customer sites.
Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and automation teams.
Assist during
weld trials and dimensional corrections
.
