Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in food industry projects, particularly in machinery handling, fabrication, pipeline systems, and hygiene-focused execution. The role involves end-to-end execution from equipment handling to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute unloading, shifting, erection, and commissioning of food processing machinery.
• Manage mechanical fabrication of structures and pipeline systems as per design and hygiene standards.
• Oversee pipeline design, fabrication, and installation activities.
• Ensure execution complies with food-grade hygiene design and standards.
• Prepare and verify mechanical measurements, BOQs, and billing.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance during execution.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience in food industry mechanical projects.
• Expertise in erection & commissioning planning.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical structures, pipelines, and fabrication.
• Good understanding of hygiene design execution for food processing environments.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (mechanical structures and pipeline design).

Qualification

• BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,433.13 - ₹59,921.98 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dicholi, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
