Job Description

About Us We are a Sports Tech company innovating in real-time decision-making using AI-powered solutions. Our work spans both software and hardware, with a focus on precision, durability, and performance in high-speed sports environments. Our proprietary technology is patented and officially approved by the Badminton World Federation BWF. Key Responsibilities •Create detailed 3D CAD models and assemblies , preferably using SolidWorks. •Design parts and prototypes optimized for FDM 3D printing. •Prepare models for CAM processes, including CNC laser cutting and milling. •Collaborate with fabrication vendors and visit workshops to oversee prototyping and production. •Work closely with the electronics and product teams for mechanical integration. Must-Have Skills •Proficiency in CAD software; SolidWorks preferred. •Strong experience in 3D modelling and 3D printing (especially FDM). •Exposure to CAM processes like CNC laser cutting, milling, etc. •Ability and willingness to travel to fabrication locations. Nice to Have •Experience managing welding design projects. •Familiarity with carbon fiber and aluminum fabrication techniques. •Understanding of strength analysis and material selection. Qualifications •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. •2+ years of experience in product prototyping or fabrication-related roles. Show more Show less
