Mandatory: Basic Knowledge of machine design, concept level design & CAD modeling, strength of materials, vibrations, mechanism design and Finite Element Analysis. Good mechanical engineering fundamentals and understanding of mechanical systems. Pre processing & Post Processing experience in FEA tools prefferably Hypermesh & Ansys Classic, Good understanding of stress analysis, structural optimisation Additionally Preferred: Experience in new product development, CAD modeling using Uni graphics (UG-NX), Finite Element Analysis advanced Nonlinear, dynamic anlaysis, Multiphysics simulation Major Keywords: Concept design, CAD modeling, UG-NX, FEA, Ansys, Hypermesh, Nastran, Machine Design, Analytical calculations, new product development, Structural design, optimisation, SOM, SOM
