The Impact You ll Make As a Mechanical Engineer at Lam, youre designing and defining cutting-edge mechanical and electro-mechanical systems. Your role involves feasibility studies, testing, and guiding teams in detailed design and fabrication. You provide the crucial design information needed to shape our technologys packaging. In this role, you will directly contribute to ___. What You ll Do Primary responsible is to design gasbox assemblies as per special requests from customers using OEMs (MFC, valves, filter and others) and designed parts (gasline weldments/machined blocks) and release documentation to support production. Handle factory/manufacturing issues to keep up the design sanity. Ensure documentation aligns with SEMI, Lam standards, and industry best practices. Define project schedule, cost and milestones to drive projects and deliver to the scope. Conduct simple analysis primarily fluid and gas flow dynamics. Develop and engage in hands-on learning in the hardware lab Who We re Looking For Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 1+ years of experience; or new college graduate who can demonstrate the above role expectations. Desired skills and experience: Experience in mechanical subsystem design and design considerations. Good communication and technical presentation skills. Experience in using 3D CAD tools such CREO and Siemens NX.
