About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Operate, monitor, and maintain various robotic and industrial machines as per operational guidelines. 2. Set up machines according to job orders and technical drawings. 3. Conduct regular inspections to ensure machine safety and proper functionality. 4. Perform minor adjustments, calibrations, and troubleshooting during machine operation. 5. Coordinate with the engineering and maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance. 6. Maintain accurate operation logs, reports, and machine performance records. 7. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company operation standards at all times. Key requirements: 1. Diploma/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or relevant technical field. 2. Freshers with internship/training in machine operation or industrial automation will be preferred. 3. Good understanding of mechanical drawings, production processes, and safety protocols. 4. Knowledge of robotic systems, CNC machines, PLC-controlled machinery, or automated assembly lines will be an added advantage. 5. Physically fit and willing to work in factory and project site environments. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team under minimal supervision. Preferred skills : 1. Machine Operation 2.
