Industry: Construction / Brick Manufacturing No of requirement : 1 (one) each Workstation: Jamshedpur / Ranchi / Bokaro / Dhanbad / Hazaribagh / Deoghar Key Responsibilities: Design & Development - Create mechanical/electromechanical InnoCSR products by studying customer needs, researching materials, and testing manufacturing methods. Quality Assurance -Ensure product/system quality through test designs, performance evaluations, and process validation. Reporting-Analyze data and trends to prepare detailed product reports. Equipment Maintenance-Maintain operational efficiency by coordinating repairs and following maintenance protocols. Testing & Improvement - Develop testing procedures to assess products and identify necessary modifications. Client Collaboration Communicate directly with customers to understand project requirements, feasibility, and implementation. Technical Oversight Review designs/drawings for accuracy and provide on-site technical solutions. System Design Develop new electrical engineering and control systems. Site Coordination Work with staff and experts to optimize electrical systems on-site. Stakeholder Engagement Lead communications with factories, public sectors, and construction agencies, setting performance goals. Key Skills & Competencies: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field and 3+ years of experience working in ngineering and hydraulic machinery. Additional point for experience on hydraulic brick/ fly ash brick machines. Able to visit/ stay at site as required. Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing mechanical systems and products. Excellent math skills: ability to apply advanced mathematical principles and statistics to solve problems. Experience using software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English High competence using standard office software systems including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills.
