Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineers in the IMOS team convert interior design concepts into production-ready models and data, ensuring design accuracy and seamless coordination between design, production, and execution teams.

-Key Responsibilities*

* Create and manage 3D/2D IMOS models for modular furniture.

* Convert designs into CNC-ready files (DXF/BOM).

* Ensure design feasibility, material accuracy, and fitting precision.

* Coordinate with design, factory, and procurement teams.

* Optimize materials and maintain the IMOS database.

* Resolve technical and manufacturing issues during execution.

Required Skills*

* Proficiency in *IMOS* (mandatory).

* Knowledge of *AutoCAD/SketchUp* and CNC operations.

* Understanding of *modular furniture design & production*.

* Attention to detail and ability to read architectural drawings.

* Knowledge of *MDF, plywood, laminates, and hardware fittings*.

* Strong *team collaboration* and problem-solving skills.

Qualification*

B.E/B.Tech in *Mechanical Engineering* or equivalent.Role & responsibilities
