Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for various projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analysing project specifications, blueprints, and proposals to determine the scope of work and required materials. - Coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes for materials and services. - Maintaining and updating a comprehensive database of costs and unit rates. - Collaborating with the project management and engineering teams throughout the bidding process. To be successful in this position, you must meet the following qualifications: - Bachelors degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. - 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. - Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Excel.,
