Job Title: Mechanical Designer – Fresher Location: Kumbalgudu Industrial Area Company: Kumar Equipments (India) Pvt Ltd Job Type: Full-time | On-site Job Description: We are looking for a Mechanical Designer – Fresher who is passionate about design and has a strong foundation in AutoCAD and sheet metal fabrication. If you're a Diploma Mechanical or ITI Draftsman graduate with a keen interest in industrial design, this is a great opportunity to kick-start your career. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create and modify 2D designs using AutoCAD for mechanical components and assemblies. 2. Work closely with the design team to develop sheet metal-based products. 3. Understand customer requirements and translate them into accurate technical drawings. 4. Maintain drawing records and documentation as per company standards. 5. Assist in design improvements and prototyping. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI Draftsman (Mechanical). 2. Proficient in AutoCAD. 3. Basic understanding of sheet metal design and fabrication. 4. Good visualization and drafting skills. 5. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Preferred Qualities: 1. Eagerness to learn and grow in a design-based role. 2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 3. Team player with a proactive attitude. Experience: Fresher candidates are welcome. Internship/project experience in relevant field will be a plus.
