Mechanical Design Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery

• Deliver engaging, interactive, and structured training sessions virtually across the modules.

• Learning Facilitation

• Break down complex design engineering concepts into

  easy-to-understand learning modules

  .
• Conduct

  live demonstrations

  on CAD tools (especially CATIA V5).
• Provide real-world case studies, assignments, and project-based learning opportunities.

• Assessment & Feedback

• Develop and administer

  quizzes, assessments, and project evaluations

  to track participant progress.
• Offer timely feedback and

  one-on-one guidance

  where necessary.

• Collaboration & Reporting

• Collaborate with the training coordination team to align session schedules.
• Maintain learning progress reports, and trainee performance records.

• Mentorship & Career Skills

• Guide participants on industry expectations,

  emerging tools, soft skills, and career pathways

  in mechanical design and aerospace engineering.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline.

• Experience:

• 5–10 years of professional experience

  in mechanical design, structural analysis, or aerospace design engineering.
• Hands-on expertise in

  CAD tools (CATIA V5, or AutoCAD desirable)

  .
• Proven experience in

  systems design, documentation, and certification processes

  preferred.
• Prior

  training, teaching, or mentoring experience

  (virtual or in-person) is a strong advantage.

• Technical Skills:

• Mechanical systems design, reliability engineering, and analysis fundamentals.
• Understanding of

  aerospace quality standards, safety protocols, and certification requirements

  .
• Familiarity with documentation, PLM/Database management systems, and collaborative tools.

• Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage diverse virtual learners effectively.
• Mentorship orientation with a problem-solving approach.
