Mechanical Design Engineer

As a Mechanical Design Engineer at our Material Handling Equipment company in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you will be responsible for creating 2D and 3D models using SolidWorks, preparing engineering drawings, collaborating with production and purchase teams, and ensuring design compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. You will also need to modify and revise designs based on client feedback and maintain accurate drawing records and documentation. To be successful in this role, you should have a Diploma/BE in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, proficiency in SolidWorks, hands-on experience in designing material handling equipment, a good understanding of GD&T, tolerances, and sheet metal/fabrication, and strong attention to detail and documentation. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary as per market standards. Preferred candidates should be based in Gujarat.
