Job Description

Role & responsibilities Prepare detailed component specifications and installation drawings • Prepare detailed P & I with item list Support Solution Engineer and Sales Engineer for technical discussions Carry out Factory Approval Test of equipments at suppliers site Support Service Engineer in commissioning of the plant Prepare bill of material Be responsible for the process design in customer orders throughout the whole order process To work with dimensioning of process equipment and purchase specifications Responsible for execution drawings preparation- P&ID, layout, piping drawing, BOM, etc Documents related to equipment selections, fabrication, sizing and preparing specifications To create documents and data for specific functions to other areas in the work process within our customer projects, such as automation descriptions, tests and customer related documentation Occasionally working with internal sales support, customer claims, product maintenance and product development, trouble shooting, support and audits at customer sites Develop and evaluate food safety plans Analyze existing process to identify and eliminate potential sources of contamination Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulatory requirements (FDA, HACCP,etc ) Provide proven working experience in process engineering specifically for dairy and beverage industry Work with OEM vendors and plant staff to design, implement, upgrade dairy production and process equipment Further you may take part in commissioning with our customers within Pan India and Abroad Preferred candidate profile
