Description:

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with proven experience of working on

Special purpose machines, Robotics, Food Processing Machines, Conveyor, Pick & place, Workstations, Trolleys, Assembly lines & Material Handling systems.

Responsible for Design, Development and get involved into executional support for above machines.

The ideal Designer must be up to date with state-of-the-art mechanical processes and technology.

The candidate must thrive in a challenging environment.

Role & responsibilities:

1. Design and develop mechanical systems, keeping in mind the budget, timelines and other essential credentials.

2. Report to the senior mechanical design engineers and report to the company regarding the status of each project

3. Perform regular tests and experiments to determine how to better improve the machines and components.

4. Use CAD and 3D CAD programs to plan the mechanical design projects

5. Troubleshoot problems and advise the solutions to resolve them

6. Research and keep up with the dynamic technology and trends in the mechanical design spectrum

Requirements and skills

1. Proven work experience as a Mechanical Designer on Machine design and development.

2. Proficient in CAD software: Experience with 2D and 3D CAD software such as Solid ge, UG NX, CATIA, & AutoCAD.

3. Knowledge of mechanical design principles: In-depth understanding of mechanical design principles, including mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials science

4. Familiarity with engineering standards: Knowledge of engineering standards, such as ASME, ASTM, and ISO, and regulatory requirements

5. Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and solve technical problems related to mechanical components and systems

6. Ability to use analytical tools to assess the performance, reliability, and safety of mechanical designs

Preferred candidate profile

1. Exposure to the SPM, Conveyor, Assembly Line and Industrial Robotics. .2. Should have hands-on experience in Solid works or Solid Edge, AutoCAD, UGNX, Catia or any 3D software.

3. Should have designing experience in automated SPM Design, Machine design.

4. Designer with a background in SPM, Robotics, or any specific machine manufacturing.

5. Good communication & Interpersonal Skills.

Qualification:

1. Diploma in Mechanical, B.Tech/B.E. in - Mechanical, Instrumentation, Automobile

2. Knowledge and Skills: Excellent knowledge about technology and deep understanding level about project requirement.

3. 3+ Year and above work experience with any recommended organisation.
