Perform structural analysis and design of buildings using the latest IS codes and engineering software tools. 2. Ensure timely delivery of design deliverables as per commitments. 3.Conduct site visits for reinforcement checking and coordination. 4.Design steel structures and components as per project requirements. 5.Prepare complete design documentation for submission and approval. 6.Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers and draughtsman; assist in problem-solving. 7.Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects and clients. 8.Conduct structural audits and prepare detailed technical reports. 9.Report work progress and scheduling updates to the Director on a daily/weekly basis. 10.strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
