Candidate should have a strong interest in mechanical machine design with some manufacturing / shop floor experience.
Experience in structural load calculations, motor & gearbox sizing, torque calculations etc. is required.
Proficiency in the use of SolidWorks & candidates with 2-5 years of design experience in SPM's are preferred.
Machine design including sizing of motor, gearboxes, bought out items, material selection, structural calculations & optimization, 3D modeling, & release of manufacturing drawings.
Supervision of assigned design projects on the shopfloor to ensure timely completion
