YOUR ROLE: MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER / DRAUGHTSMAN We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer or Draughtsman to join our dynamic team. You’ll be at the forefront of designing and optimizing pharmaceutical machinery components and systems, directly contributing to performance, durability, and innovation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Create and modify detailed 2D drawings and 3D models of pharmaceutical machinery • Develop efficient, reliable, and innovative design solutions to enhance machine performance • Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and assembly drawings for manufacturing teams • Work closely with production, R&D, and quality control to bring designs to life • Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards, safety protocols, and client expectations • Maintain clear and precise documentation of design changes and workflows • Suggest continuous improvements and enhancements to existing systems ELIGIBILITY • Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical design • Strong command of SolidWorks, Solid Edge, and AutoCAD (2D & 3D) • Understanding of mechanical principles, industrial standards, and practical design application • A detail-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, production-driven environment EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS • B.E. in Mechanical Engineering • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering • ITI Draughtsman (Mechanical) WHY JOIN US? • Work on cutting-edge projects that shape the pharmaceutical manufacturing landscape • Be a part of a supportive, innovative, and quality-driven team • Gain exposure across design, R&D, and production verticals • Long-term career stability and growth opportunities within the organization READY TO BUILD WHAT’S NEXT?
