Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with 3+ years of expertise in the design domain, particularly in automation, fixtures tooling, special purpose machines (SPM), and material handling systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical design, strong technical knowledge, and proficiency in tools like SolidWorks or AutoCAD. Key Responsibilities

Design automation, fixture tooling, special purpose machines, and material handling equipment.
Collaborate with global customers and internal teams for project execution.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Ensure compliance with design standards, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.
Expertly manage project planning, execution, and delivery timelines.
Material selection and manufacturing process expertise.
Work with tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD for design and modeling.
Design and improve gantries, slides, lifters, and pneumatic systems.

Qualifications

BE in Mechanical Engineering.
3+ years of design experience, preferably in automation, special purpose machines, or similar fields.
Strong technical knowledge in GD&T, mechanical design, and material handling.
Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and material selection.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
Self-motivated with a flexible approach to working hours.

Additional Skills

Experience working with global customers.
Experience in pneumatics, packaging machines, sheet metal, or structures is a plus.
