Mechanical Design Engineer


Key Responsibilities

  • Create 3D models for simulation devices, anatomical structures, and product housings.
  • Design manufacturable components using Blender, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360.
  • Work on complex geometries and optimize designs for 3D printing (resin/FDM/SLA), CNC, and sheet metal.
  • Collaborate with R&D and prototyping teams for product realization.
  • Prepare design documentation, drawings, and BOMs.


Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Blender and SolidWorks/Fusion 360.
  • Knowledge of DFM, tolerancing, fitment design, and 3D printing techniques.
  • Experience with STL file preparation and orientation optimization.


Education & Experience

  • B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in CAD design and 3D prototyping.
  • Freshers with strong design fundamentals and portfolio may apply.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in medical device or simulation product design.
  • Exposure to anatomical or human-interfacing models.
  • Basic understanding of fluidics or biomechanics.
