Key Responsibilities:

1. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical faults in machines.
• Ensure timely resolution of breakdowns to minimize production downtime.

2. Equipment Monitoring & Troubleshooting:

• Monitor the performance of production machines and utilities.
• Troubleshoot issues related to electrical circuits, PLCs, motors, pumps, compressors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Analyze failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

3. Installation & Upgrades:

• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
• Upgrade and modify existing equipment for better efficiency and productivity.

4. Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures in maintenance operations.
• Maintain proper documentation for compliance and audits.

5. Spare Parts & Inventory Management:

• Maintain stock of critical spare parts and consumables.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to source required spare parts.

6. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, work orders, and equipment history.
• Prepare maintenance reports and analyze downtime data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:

  Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience:

  25 years of experience in industrial maintenance (manufacturing, plant, or factory setup).

• Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of electrical circuits, PLCs, VFDs, motors, and control panels (for EEE).
• Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, and mechanical systems (for Mechanical).
• Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus.

• Soft Skills:

  Problem-solving, teamwork, attention to detail, and communication skills.
