Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on AutoCAD, CATIA, and SolidWorks.Design and prepare course materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises.Stay updated on the latest industry trends and software updates.Instruction & Delivery:Conduct engaging and interactive classroom training sessions.Provide individual and group instruction to students of varying skill levels.Utilize effective teaching methodologies, including demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and real-world projects.Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback.Student Support:Provide ongoing support to students, including answering questions, resolving technical issues, and providing guidance.Monitor student progress and provide personalized learning plans.Administrative Duties:Maintain accurate student records and attendance records.Prepare and submit reports on training progress.Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
