Job Title: Full Stack Developer MEAN Stack Location: Pune / Mumbai / Noida / Gurgaon Work Model: Hybrid (3+ days/week in-office) Shift Timing: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST Grade: D1 / D2 Role Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in MEAN Stack technologies . The ideal candidate should be proficient in Angular , Node.js (or Nest.js) , and MongoDB , with a willingness to work on hybrid mobile development using Ionic (experience preferred but not mandatory). You will contribute to building scalable, performant applications while following best practices in software development and agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable web applications using Angular and Node.js/Nest.js. Implement backend services and APIs with MongoDB as the database layer. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and performance. Contribute to CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines. Ensure unit, integration, and automated testing practices are followed. Work within a SCRUM development framework and participate in agile ceremonies. Maintain and refactor existing codebases following modern development practices. Must-Have Skills: Angular (v2+) – actively working on in current role. Node.js or NestJS – actively working on in current role. MongoDB – strong hands-on experience. Familiarity with GitHub (branching, merging, conflict resolution). Solid understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and RxJS. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Good to Have: Experience with Ionic Framework or other hybrid mobile development tools. Interest in cross-platform mobile development. Exposure to cloud deployment and DevOps pipelines. Understanding of Jira and agile project management tools.
