M&E Expert

As a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Expert at Nurture and Foster Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in upcoming projects focusing on enhancing access to sustainable, gender-responsive, and inclusive climate-resilient livelihoods for communities impacted by flood and river erosion along the Brahmaputra River. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and evaluating project activities to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. - Measuring project outcomes using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with the Development Monitoring Framework (DMF). - Developing a comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) for real-time project tracking. - Preparing a baseline report to assess initial conditions before implementation. - Executing a midterm review to evaluate progress, document findings, and adjust strategies for optimal impact. Qualifications required for this role include: - Master's degree in statistics, research methodology, data analytics, Development Studies, Gender Studies, Education, or a related discipline. - Ability to analyze and interpret M&E data, and to use findings to make informed decisions for project improvement. - A minimum of 5 years of combined experience in monitoring and evaluation, gender mainstreaming, and designing/implementing training programs. - Proficiency in MS tools such as PPT, Word, Excel, etc. Experience providing capacity building on monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
