M&E Expert

As a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Expert at Nurture and Foster Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of upcoming projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and evaluating project activities to assess their impact - Measuring project outcomes using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with the Development Monitoring Framework (DMF) - Developing a comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) for real-time project tracking - Preparing a baseline report to evaluate initial conditions before project implementation - Conducting a midterm review to assess progress, document findings, and adjust strategies for optimal impact To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Master's degree in statistics, research methodology, data analytics, Development Studies, Gender Studies, Education, or a related discipline - The ability to analyze and interpret M&E data to make informed decisions for project improvement - At least 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, gender mainstreaming, and designing/implementing training programs - Proficiency in MS tools such as PPT, Word, Excel, etc., along with experience in providing capacity building on monitoring, evaluation, and learning If you are passionate about making a difference in sustainable development and have the required qualifications, we encourage you to apply by sending your CV to hr.nurturefoster@gmail.com.
