MDM Executive

We are looking for an executive to assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements.Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, aswell as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this positionis a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities & Duties

 Creation of Customer Master in different systems including SAP

 Creation of Vendor Master in SAP

 Item Master creation

 KYC data collection, verification and uploading

 Check if duplication before Master creation

 Creation of Additional Addresses of Customer and Vendors

 Ledger creation based on the requirement based on COA structure

 Cleaning up of old Masters based on the data Analysis

 Verification and Search of additional Customer data from the Open source Databases

 Handle communication with the client

 Lead cadence calls with the client

Skills and Qualifications

 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field

 Atleast one year of experience working in accounting function at a CA Firm/start-up/corporate

 Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation

 High proficiency in Microsoft Excel

 Knowledge in SAP, Oracle is an added advantage
