Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive medical care to children, from newborns to adolescents, in a multispeciality hospital setting

Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of pediatric illnesses and conditions

Conduct routine health assessments and developmental evaluations to monitor the growth and progress of young patients

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered

Educate parents and guardians on preventive healthcare, nutrition, and proper care for their children

Stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric medicine and integrate new techniques and knowledge into practice

Participate in hospital rounds, case discussions, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives

Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records for all patientsRequired Qualifications

Medical Doctor (MD) degree with specialization in Pediatrics

Valid medical license to practice in India

Proven experience in a clinical pediatric setting, preferably in a multispeciality environment

Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to make informed decisions regarding patient care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children and their families
