Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate MD Medicine Doctor to join our team and provide high-quality care in the Emergency and Critical Care Units. As an MD in Medicine, you will be responsible for managing critical and emergency cases, ensuring rapid diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of patients in critical condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency medical care to patients in critical conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Manage the Emergency Department and supervise patients admitted for critical care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (surgeons, nurses, paramedics) to deliver comprehensive care to patients.
• Monitor patients in the ICU, manage life support systems, and intervene in life-threatening situations.
• Work in close coordination with other specialists, ensuring timely medical intervention and effective patient management.
• Provide timely updates and consultations to patients' families about their conditions.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) from a recognized institution.
• MD (Medicine) or equivalent post-graduate degree.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Emergency Medicine or Critical Care, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of advanced life support protocols, emergency procedures, and critical care techniques.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with compassion and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant local medical body.

Skills & Competencies:

• Expertise in managing medical emergencies, trauma, and critical illnesses.
• Proficiency in the use of medical equipment (e.g., ventilators, defibrillators, ICU monitoring).
• Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathy and dedication to providing patient-centric care.
