Job Title: MD/DND Medicine Doctor Company: Sparsh Multispeciality Hospital Location: Katni Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MD/DND Medicine Doctor to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. As an MD/DND, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare services integrating conventional medicine with naturopathic treatments. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough patient assessments, medical histories, and physical examinations. Developing personalized treatment plans that may include a combination of conventional medicine and naturopathic therapies. Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies. Prescribing medications and naturopathic remedies as appropriate. Educating patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies. Collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and allied health staff. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records. Participating in continuous medical education and professional development activities. Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited medical school. Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (DND) degree from an accredited naturopathic medical school. Board certification in Internal Medicine or another relevant specialty. Valid state medical license and DEA registration. Proven experience in providing patient-centered care with a focus on integrative medicine. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications or training in integrative or functional medicine. Experience in managing chronic conditions using both conventional and naturopathic approaches. Research experience or involvement in clinical trials related to integrative medicine.
