Key Responsibilities: - Test dyes, yarns, and fabrics in the lab. - Support color matching and shade approval processes. - Prepare chemical solutions for dyeing and washing. - Check color strength, fastness, and quality parameters. - Maintain records of lab tests and adhere to safety practices. - Collaborate with the production team to uphold consistent quality. - Learn and support the use of eco-friendly dyeing techniques. Qualification Required: - M.C.S. (Master of Chemistry Science) or equivalent. - Freshers are welcome; 1-3 years of experience in textile chemistry is preferred. - Basic knowledge of textile dyes, chemicals, and lab testing. - Good attention to detail and willingness to learn. - Strong teamwork and communication skills.
