Job Description

MBBS/MS General Surgery Doctor

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and manage patients with surgical conditions, ensuring comprehensive care and treatment.
Perform surgical procedures including pre-operative and post-operative care as per hospital protocols.
Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver multidisciplinary patient care.
Monitor patient progress, complications, and outcomes, and maintain detailed medical records.
Provide expert guidance and counsel patients and their families regarding treatment options.
Participate in training and mentoring junior doctors and medical staff.
Ensure adherence to hospital safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Stay updated with the latest advancements and research in general surgery.

Qualifications & Experience:

MBBS with MS in General Surgery from a recognized institute.
615 years of experience in General Surgery.
Proven experience handling a wide range of surgical procedures.
Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
