Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide first-line medical care to IPD/ER patients.
Assist consultants during rounds, procedures, and patient management.
Document clinical notes, maintain medical records, and update case files.
Monitor patient vitals, progress, and treatment plans.
Coordinate with nursing staff and other clinical departments.
Manage emergency cases until specialist intervention is available.
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and hospital standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in
emergency care / ICU / ward
preferred.
Strong clinical judgment and patient-handling skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Good communication, teamwork, and decision-making ability.
Registration - Maharashtra state council.
