Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MBBS Doctor located in selected site in Ramgarh & Bokaro, Jharkhand India. The MBBS Doctor will be responsible for providing medical care and consultation to patients, conducting regular health check-ups, diagnosing illnesses, and prescribing treatments. The role also involves coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, maintaining accurate patient records, and participating in community health initiatives organized by the foundation. Additionally, the doctor will be expected to support healthcare-related projects, provide training and awareness sessions, and contribute to the holistic well-being of the communities served by UWF.

Qualifications

• Possession of an MBBS degree from a recognized institution
• Valid Medical Council registration
• Experience in providing medical care and consultation, diagnosing illnesses, and prescribing treatments
• Skills in maintaining accurate patient records and coordinating with healthcare teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to community health and well-being
• Experience in healthcare project management and community health initiatives is a plus
• Ability to work in a team and independently, as well as adapt to diverse environments
