MBA Project Coordinator (Client Management & Operations) – Chennai

Position: Project Coordinator
Qualification: MBA (Any Specialization)
Experience: 3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients for project updates, requirements, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with multiple internal departments for smooth project execution
• Prepare daily/weekly project reports and maintain documentation
• Schedule and manage internal/external meetings
• Coordinate with vendors for project deliverables and timelines
• Support project managers in planning and execution
• Ensure effective communication between teams, clients, and vendors
• Track project progress and highlight risks or delays

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work under deadlines
