MBA Faculty – Marketing Specialization

Job Description:

Gyansarover Vidyapeeth invites applications for a full-time MBA Faculty position specializing in Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a solid academic foundation, relevant industry experience, and a passion for teaching, with a focus on fostering students’ professional and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach MBA-level marketing courses, including but not limited to: Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Marketing Research, Sales & Distribution Management, etc.
• Develop course materials, lesson plans, and case studies in alignment with the syllabus and current market trends.
• Conduct engaging lectures, discussions, and workshops.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and exams.
• Mentor and guide students in academic and professional matters.
• Contribute to research in the field of marketing and publish in peer-reviewed journals or present at academic conferences.
• Facilitate industry linkages, internships, and placements for students.
• Participate in academic committees, curriculum development, and faculty meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing or an equivalent qualification.
• 2-5 years of teaching or industry experience in marketing or related fields.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in research, case writing, and publishing in marketing journals (desirable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
