Matrixx CCS Specialist

Description We are seeking a highly skilled Matrixx CCS Specialist with 4-12 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and maintaining Matrixx CCS systems, with a deep understanding of telecom billing processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our charging systems, collaborating with various teams to design effective solutions, and providing technical support to end-users. Responsibilities Implement and maintain Matrixx CCS systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Matrixx CCS applications and infrastructure. Conduct system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the Matrixx CCS system up-to-date. Provide technical support and training to end-users on Matrixx CCS functionalities. Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures. Monitor system performance and generate reports to analyze usage and identify areas for improvement. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4-12 years of experience working with Matrixx CCS or similar charging and billing systems. Strong understanding of telecom billing processes and revenue assurance. Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks. Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
