Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide coaching to students preparing for IIT JEE Mathematics, focusing on problem-solving techniques and conceptual understanding.
Develop and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and study materials to cater to diverse learning needs of students.
Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students, helping them track their progress and identify areas of improvement.
Collaborate with other faculty members to develop curriculum content, teaching methods, and evaluation strategies.
Maintain a positive classroom environment that fosters active participation, critical thinking, and creativity among students.

Preferred candidate profile

3-8 years of experience in teaching mathematics at the (IIT JEE/NEET).
Strong academic background in relevant subject area.
Excellent communication skills for effective mentoring and coaching of students from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks efficiently under pressure.
