Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive Mathematics lessons as per the curriculum (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, IB, Cambridge, or coaching modules).
• Develop lesson plans, assignments, and practice materials to strengthen problem-solving skills.
• Prepare students for school exams as well as competitive exams (IIT-JEE, NTSE, Olympiads, etc., if applicable).
• Assess and monitor student progress through tests, quizzes, and classwork.
• Create a positive and encouraging classroom environment for effective learning.
• Use innovative teaching methods, digital tools, and real-life applications to explain concepts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum design and delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics or related field.
• B.Ed/M.Ed preferred (mandatory for schools, not compulsory for coaching).
• Strong subject expertise in school-level and higher-level Mathematics.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Freshers with strong academic records and teaching passion are welcome.
• Ability to inspire confidence and logical thinking among students.
