Mathematics Researcher

We are seeking a Mathematics Researcher to participate in cutting-edge research that advances the field of mathematics and its applications. You will work with interdisciplinary teams to explore innovative mathematical concepts and methodologies, contributing to impactful projects that expand the boundaries of knowledge. This is a full-time on-site position. Responsibilities include aligning with the in-house software team to analyze process flows and calculations, optimizing software app processes and functions by developing mathematical-based algorithms, flowcharts, and pseudocode for software developers to utilize as a foundation for error-free coding and programming. Additionally, you will develop and analyze mathematical models to solve complex problems and present findings clearly and concisely. The ideal candidate should possess a Masters or PhD in Mathematics or a related field with a strong research focus. Demonstrated expertise in mathematical theory and applications through published research is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to creatively approach complex mathematical challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. Preferred qualifications include experience in interdisciplinary research projects combining mathematics with other scientific domains and familiarity with computational tools and software for mathematical modeling and analysis. Technical skills required for this role involve proficiency in mathematical software such as Mathematica, MATLAB, or Python for data analysis and model development. Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their mathematical foundations is considered a plus.
