Job Description

As a Material Planning Manager at the company, your role will involve applying the core model process for material planning activities involving both external and internal suppliers as well as managing master data. You will be responsible for managing Supplier's performances KPI's and raw material coverage to meet targets. Collaboration with Procurement for risk/impact management process, including supplier selection, will be crucial. Ensuring the implementation of action plans between Teams and Suppliers and leading the supplier escalation process to support Material Planners on animation of Suppliers KPI performance are key responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring the core model process & organization from Purchase Requisition to Material Planning documents for internal suppliers - Ensuring the core model process to launch Material Planning documents for external suppliers - Ensuring accuracy of material planning master data in compliance with stock, logistic constraints, and supplier contractual agreements - Organizing and maintaining regular reviews with Material Planners to ensure documents are sent to suppliers and receiving respective delivery confirmations - Analyzing MRP exception messages performed by all Material Planners and anticipating supply problems - Supporting Material Planners in identifying issues, evaluating risk/impact on production/projects, and setting up recovery actions - Validating deliveries performances KPI's with different stakeholders and implementing action plans - Validating the top worst Suppliers with SDPM and supporting appropriate action plans - Ensuring appropriate communication routine with Suppliers based on their delivery performances - Applying Supplier Capacity Management and Supplier's Light Capability Assessment when necessary - Contributing to risk/impact assessments and mitigation action plan - Managing team performance, developing team competencies, providing feedback, and registering during Performance Management Cycle In addition to the responsibilities, you will also need to: - Apply APSYS (Alstom Production System) roadmap and Golden Rules - Respect Alstom EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policy and participate in EHS improvement and targets achievement - Respect Alstom Ethics & Compliance codes Qualifications & Skills: - Materials requirements planning - Supplier Delivery Performance Management - Inventory management & Material Planning techniques - Supply Chain Information Systems - Industrial scheduling - Transport & Distribution - Procurement - Lean Management - Team Management - Entrepreneurship - Agility - Collaboration - Global Vision This role will require you to have a strong understanding of material planning processes, supplier management, and team leadership skills to drive performance and ensure efficient supply chain operations.,
