What You’ll Do: As our Lead Application Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our mission: helping students secure admits to top colleges abroad (think Ivy League, Oxbridge, and other elite institutions). Here’s what this role entails: Student Support: Be the go-to person for students, staying in constant touch to understand and solve their day-to-day challenges throughout the application process. Bridge the Gap: Act as a vital link between our mentors and content team to ensure seamless collaboration. Application Oversight: Ensure students submit high-quality applications on time, maintaining the excellence we’re known for. Resource Research: Proactively find and provide students with the tools, resources, and guidance they need to succeed. Visa Expertise: Guide students through visa documentation and processing (prior experience in this area is a must). Beyond the Admit: Your job doesn’t stop at an acceptance letter—it ends when we receive a glowing review from a happy student. Who We’re Looking For: This role is for someone truly special.
