Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience as a Master Trainer/Subject Matter Expert in AI/ML/DL with Python programming language.
Strong educational background in Computers or Electrical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.)
Proven track record of delivering effective training programs that meet industry standards.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand training needs and objectives.
Provide regular updates and reports on training progress and outcomes to relevant parties.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training content on AI, ML, Deep Learning, Gen AI,
Computer Vision, Azure, Data Science, and Cloud technologies.
Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats, including lectures, simulations, and
hands-on labs.
Customize training materials to meet the specific needs and skill levels of the audience.
Design, update, and enhance training curriculum and materials to ensure they are current
with industry trends and best practices.
Develop and administer assessments to gauge the effectiveness of training and the
proficiency of participants.
Provide constructive feedback and support to participants to help them improve their skills
and knowledge.
Stay current with advancements in AI, ML, Deep Learning, Gen AI, Computer Vision, Azure,
Data Science, and Cloud technologies.
Conduct research and self-study to continuously improve personal expertise and instructional methods.
Qualifications:
Bachelor /Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
